Club Corp Sale: Close to a Report on a Plan, But No Cigar

On the local Dallas Radio Station KRLD News Radio, David Johnson, in is CEO Spotlight had a Podcast interview with Club Corp CEO, John Beckert.

Nothing new reported with the exception that the new owners, KSL Capital Partners only have 18 employees and CCA has 18,000.  Not sure that is a good sign either.   Still no word on a plan on what is, or is not going to happen with the older properties they needed to update years ago that are now going to cost hundred’s of millions to update.

The number of questions are growing by the day…here is the talk at the clubhouse.

Will they do the right thing and reward the thousands of faithful members who have paid the bills for so many years with new modern or updated facilities?  Will they help keep golf going on into the future by providing outstanding quality golf courses for golfers to enjoy?

Guess we will keep looking and listening to see what is going to take place.  Hope that there are still members left in CCA when they finally get around in telling what is going to take place…Guess John has not heard the message that with this situation, Now News is Not Good News…
